You’re a sensitive person who wants to do good in the world.

The idea of adding any more to your plate is overwhelming. You’re looking for ways to recharge your batteries and find sustainable ways to manage your energy.

You know that you feel better after spending time in nature but you struggle to fit it into your life as much as you’d like to.

You’d like to experience more peace and calm in life and quieten down the voice that tells you you’re not good enough or not doing enough.

You’d like to connect with a community of like-minded women who understand the juggle and the desire to make a positive impact

Whether your work is directly linked to the future of our planet or not, one thing is clear….

When women cultivate inner peace, rise above overwhelm and connect with a shared intention, our planet and future generations benefit.

Rediscover your power to make a difference without adding more to your plate.

Embrace your unique influence with confidence and ease.

Surrender to the power of nature for deep replenishment and peace.

Imagine arriving at our peaceful retreat to the sounds of birdsong and the breeze moving through the trees, knowing that everything is taken care of and you have permission to switch off.

Imagine having the space to wind down and the opportunity to take part in activities that fill you up, energise you and stimulate reflection.

Imagine leaving the retreat feeling refreshed, hopeful and ready to take action again, knowing you are not alone and that you have a new set of resources to come back to again and again.

You’ll be guided through a restful and meaningful experience. You won’t leave with a to-do list; instead, you’ll gain insights on weaving purpose into your daily routine effortlessly

This is not just another yoga retreat (trust us, we love a good yoga retreat). This is a unique retreat created by 2 people with a passion for nature and finding our internal resources to make a difference without burnout. You’ll benefit from our experience of hand picked resources, blended experiences and tried and tested coaching modalities to guide you through the retreat so that you get what you came for – whether that’s rest and peace, connection and inspiration or learning a new set of skills to support your wellbeing going forwards.

Join us 19-21st April 2024 for 3 days of connection – to the Earth, to yourself and with others who share your vision for a kinder, more connected world.

FAQs

Who is this for?

This retreat is for you if:

  • You know that being in nature is good for you and you’d like to experience a restful weekend that helps you to connect with what nature can give you.
  • You’re ready to look inwards to find freedom from challenging emotions and develop inner peace
  • You want a better future for our planet, whether you’re currently working towards that or you’d like to explore your place in that.
  • You’re ready to explore how connecting with others can help you to develop your own inner resources.

Do you have to be a hardcore environmentalist to attend?

No! Wherever you are on your journey you are welcome. The most important thing is that you do care about making our planet a better place to live. Our aim is to create an environment where you can explore what that means for you and support you to take aligned action, whatever that looks like for you.

Why come to a group retreat?

If you’ve ever nodded along to a webinar recording then carried on with life or looked guiltily at a pile of unread books, you’ll know that your good intentions don’t always result in action. Coming along to a guided retreat not only gives you a chance to rest and repenish but also protected time to try out activities and tools to help you in the future. Doing this with others helps you to take action and to realise that you aren’t alone. We seldom get to encounter a group dynamic like this in normal life and there’s support on hand throughout to help you get the most out of it.

It’s also cheaper than 1:1 coaching, specific to people like you and you get to learn from others in the group while everything else is taken care of.

I’m not sure about sharing a room….

The group size is kept deliberately small for this retreat. Part of the connection element is found in the sharing of space and our venue has very positive feedback about room sharing, even when participants were initially reticent.

Much of the retreat will be spent on the land rather than in rooms and the group will agree to some ground rules to respect each other’s space and need for quiet to ensure that everyone has a great experience and enough space to reflect.
