You’ll benefit from our experience of hand picked resources, blended experiences and tried and tested coaching modalities to guide you through the retreat so that you get what you came for – whether that’s rest and peace, connection and inspiration or learning a new set of skills to support your wellbeing going forwards.

“Thank you for such an insightful day. I really appreciated being able to cover so much throughout the day and engage with our group in reflection. I felt this day gave me the space to really think and feel in a way that would not routinely be possible.”
“I really enjoyed the whole day- I felt I was consistently encouraged to go one step further in my thinking, but at the same time it felt relaxed and unpressurised so I was able to be honest.”
“Becki’s gentle ability to facilitate the sessions was wonderful & genuinely quite amazing. She created a safe space that allowed me to open up and be completely honest, and lead me places I never imagined we would go, adding so much value to the process.”
Who is this for?
This retreat is for you if:
- You know that being in nature is good for you and you’d like to experience a restful weekend that helps you to connect with what nature can give you.
- You’re ready to look inwards to find freedom from challenging emotions and develop inner peace
- You want a better future for our planet, whether you’re currently working towards that or you’d like to explore your place in that.
- You’re ready to explore how connecting with others can help you to develop your own inner resources.
Do you have to be a hardcore environmentalist to attend?
No! Wherever you are on your journey you are welcome. The most important thing is that you do care about making our planet a better place to live. Our aim is to create an environment where you can explore what that means for you and support you to take aligned action, whatever that looks like for you.
Why come to a group retreat?
If you’ve ever nodded along to a webinar recording then carried on with life or looked guiltily at a pile of unread books, you’ll know that your good intentions don’t always result in action. Coming along to a guided retreat not only gives you a chance to rest and repenish but also protected time to try out activities and tools to help you in the future. Doing this with others helps you to take action and to realise that you aren’t alone. We seldom get to encounter a group dynamic like this in normal life and there’s support on hand throughout to help you get the most out of it.
It’s also cheaper than 1:1 coaching, specific to people like you and you get to learn from others in the group while everything else is taken care of.
I’m not sure about sharing a room….
The group size is kept deliberately small for this retreat. Part of the connection element is found in the sharing of space and our venue has very positive feedback about room sharing, even when participants were initially reticent.
Much of the retreat will be spent on the land rather than in rooms and the group will agree to some ground rules to respect each other’s space and need for quiet to ensure that everyone has a great experience and enough space to reflect.
